Two kids ran through a meadow laughing. One had brown hair with a curl over his head and the other had brown hair with a curl curling away from his cheek. They ran and played together. They played from dawn till dusk every day. They both lay in the field one night. They gazed at the stars the scattered across the sky. They made a promise to be together forever.

The kids had grown to be teenagers, their childhood behind them as they led their lives. The brown haired boy with the curl atop his head became the Kingdom of Austria and his friend, with the curl curling away from his cheek, became the Kingdom of Bohemia. Bohemia reigned over his territory with the right of the kings. One day someone decided to kill his king and Bohemia felt lonely as Austria took over.

But you can skyrocket away from me
And never come back if you find another galaxy
Far from here with more room to fly
Just leave me your stardust to remember you by

A rising Kingdom threatened Austria as Bohemia started to live with his old friend. This country wanted the territory they shared. He also wanted to rid Austria of his beloved Maria Theresa. Bohemia knew how much he loved her. He offered to help out with the battle and they ran against this powerful Kingdom of Prussia. They almost lost if it wasn't for Miss Hungary, Austria's wife.

Prussia became all but forgotten as a new Unified Nation came into being. Germany began to lead to many problems for the European Nations as World War One started and ended. Everyone was in poverty as a Depression over rid their abilities. Bohemia had disappeared and the Nation of Czechoslovakia appeared. Bohemia and his sister named Moravia became a strong nation. They were threatened by the Germans during World War Two after Austria and Hungary were forced to join them. The siblings resisted and fought back the German Brothers. They were forced to join whether they liked it or not. Austria and Hungary became sad as their friends succumbed to the German's strength.

World War Two ended and Czechoslovakia survived the onslaught with Russia's help. They became so happy about their survival, they forgot about their friends, Hungary and Austria. They converted to Russia's strength and grew. After Russia had 'fallen', they went bad to their old lives and felt it was boring once more. The Velvet Revolution happened and was never spoken about again.

Czech walked through an old meadow and looked around. He smiled as he remembered every detail, the scent of the grass to the familiar breeze that pulled his hair past his face. Everything was the same as it was when he was little. He felt as though something was missing. Someone wasn't here. He turned around and saw the boy with the curl atop his head once more. This boy had become a man. They stared at each other and smiled. Remembering everything from when they were young.
